There's always a chance something goes wrong. Whether you received the wrong item, or you just simply ordered the wrong item. A mistake is easy to make. We at get this and we'd like to help you to get things solved.

All products are for hygiene related reasons sealed. Products with broken seals, or (partially) torn seals, or seals that have been opened, can not be returned or accepted for refunds.


If you'd like to exchange a product for another, then please follow the procedure for returning shipments in order to get a refund. You can order the product that you do like to have right away, or after you have completed the return and received the refund. It's completely up to you!
We do not deduct (future) refunds from new or pending orders.


You'd like to exchange or return a product? You surely can, but on condition that:
- you notify us of your intention to return within 14 days after having received the good(s).
- you return the good(s) (including the luxurious wooden storage box) undamaged, unused and
   with a 100% intact seal.

Always notify us of your intention to return. Return shipments without proper notification will not be processed. To send us your notification you can send us an e-mail at try using our mail form at  "Contact us"
After having received your notification, we will send an e-mail with the instructions for quick, simple and fast return of the goods. Please keep in mind that you, being the shipper of the return shipment, are responsible for the shipment at all times. If you feel our shipping instructions are not correct, mistaken or otherwise doubtful, then please feel free to make your own arrangements.
  The costs resulting from a return shipment are at your expenses at all times and are not eligible for a refund.
  After having received your return shipment we will, if all conditions have been met, refund the the full amount* of your purchase (including shipping costs) to your account within 2 working days.
 (*)  Returning a part of your original order? In that case the shipping costs for the shipment as charged to you will not be refunded. We will refund the full purchase amount of the returned good(s) less the shipping costs to your account.
